Arkhalis has a 10% chance of spawning from breaking an enchanted sword shrine. I have not obtained one legit in vanilla in my 1000 hours of playing Terraria (granted a good chunk of that is pre-1.3 when Arkhalis was not a thing). Terrarian. Arkhalis is my favorite weapon because of its unique way of attack. But 1.4 launched a twin brother of arkhalis, terragrim. There is no difference between them except for damage and color, which makes arkhalis no special feature. I think there should be some differences in appearance or attack mode between them.
