The vessel is in my gear wheel, the quest is activated, iv killed hundreds of the seekers and the vessel isn't going up. Finished the quest. The quest was sticking at a loop after the final Manic was killed, and would not allow me to progress. This "loop" has happened more than once. By sheer luck, I noticed the Manic glyph, which had previously been complete, was suddenly showing partial progress following the Silver Grove update.
