Chrysler 200 heat not working.

Here is a picture of the block heater location. The block heater is #2 in the diagram. The plug is #1. It is on the side of the engine (front of the car) by the exhaust manifold. I have owned my 2011 Chrysler 200 limited for about 3 months. I really love the vehicle, but I have recently encountered a problem that I am baffled. I thought I would join the forum and get fellow owners a chance to help me answer my questions. My car is equipped with the AUTO AC/Heater.2017 chrysler 200 4cyl-- Blower motor stopped working. I removed the motor and hooked it up to the battery and the motor ran fine. Put the motor back in and it worked for maybe a day, then stopped again. Replaced the resister, still would not work. Put the old resistor back in and it ran for 2-3 days before stopping again.The 2 temperature blend door actuators (#12) should be above the gas pedal. The mode door actuator (#4), behind the glovebox & toward the center of the dash. The one above the glovebox (#5) is the recirculation (max A/C) door actuator. The single temperature zone HVAC has the 1 blend & 1 mode actuators relocated.

The temperature and mode control uses electrical actuators to operated the air doors. The velocity of the air flow out of the outlets can be adjusted with the blower speed control located on the A/C-heater control. The fresh air intake can be shut off by pressing the Recirculation button on the A/C-heater control.

I have checked the fuse and it is ok. Where is the heated seat module located and how do you test it.

If your coolant level is good, you will need a new heater core and a complete cooling system flush so it doesn't clog again.

It may be an 'open' heater element in the drivers seat cushion? The heating wires can flex & break inside the seat sometimes.
