To be clear, the Sentinel has the RMSc footprint (that's the sub compact footprint, much smaller than the RMR/Trijicon footprint). OP's specs for the Sentinel indicated ARMS mounting, an obvious typo. The M&P 5.7 (as well as the other M&P 2.0 series with optic cuts) also has the RMSc optic cut.
