Went to reeking cave and no stone. Tried getting back in the Thalmor embassy, no dice. This is definitely the stone I'm missing, as I've never been to reeking cave before this and it took forever for me to find it. I've scoured the game and rechecked all the other places that had the stone and I've definitely got them.
IIRC it's in the cave at the end of the quest, under the embassy, guarded by a troll. Yeah, they moved it with patch 1.4 since it was missable. IDK why they made it so you can't get back in.
