All the other top AR manufacturers use 7075-T6 alloy for their upper and lower receivers, including DD, Bravo Company, LMT, Larue, Colt, Noveske, etc, etc.The prices for these are all over the place. I've talked to people that picked up Legacy MCX Pistols for around $1K or less, but I am seeing nothing cheaper than $1400 or so. Virtus with the 11.5 5.56 and tacops 6.75in 300blk. The Rattler with both the 5.56 and .300blk barrels. They are only forwards compatible. The virtus barrels will work with the rattler upper but you have to use the longer op rod recoil group from the virtus.
