So every time storm brand shocks the enemy, lightning conduit can zap them, rinse and repeat in perfect sync. For mapping, use shield charge to apply shock, then zap the whole pack. As for links, I would suggest: Arc -> Overcharge -> Unbound Ailments -> Chain.
