I would think Helicath Jareg Ninja would be your core team. Then probably go for Rhazin + Septimus/Kael depending on how much damage you can get your Septimus to deal. Ninja might be a little hard to get speed tuned, so I wouldn’t give him any CA masteries. Then it’ll just be a matter of making sure your team is tanky enough.
