Besides Home Portal, I dont know other ways to fast travel between the 2 maps. You can fast travel just bewteen towers in main map. between towers in DLC, later between campfires in DLC, and later again between campfires in main map. AFAIK "cross" (main map/DLC) fast traveles are not allowed...I thought I could just be anywhere on the map, open the map and then click any tower. Fast travel is tower to tower.
