I changed the IP addresses (different IPs for both G3100) on G3100s disbaled Ethernet broadband, Diabled DHCP and added static IP and MaC of both G3100s to my CR1000a. So your third party router I guess is routing similarly to the G3100 if it's forwarding the same malformed packets or whatnot. Anyway, easy fix for now until (if ever) it gets fixed by software.
