Field stripped when I first got it home everything seemed tight and didn't make any noise. Stripped factory grease from it and now there is a small rattle from the FCU/ right hand side of FCU when looking down the frame.

One of my p365’s was an early model that had the same issue. SIG replaced the weapon. I took a video at the indoor range I go to locally. I informed them that I had an issue and needed to video while shooting and they didn’t have a problem. I placed my phone on my range bag and leaned it against the lane wall. Good luck!

I seem to still hear some light strikes but not so much on broken strikers. I appreciate anyone can give me some actual input.New serialized frame module. Much better fit, but they scratched the slide and dented the grip. Back to NH it goes.The empty mag will push up on the slide lock making it harder to release. Sig fixed these issues successfully with the recent upgrades (Gen 2). 2 possible solutions to the trigger bar spring issue are listed in the PDF report. The magazines are tight, but I'm able to load them. My Ruger LCP Max in .380 is very hard to load, but doable. I don't use loaders on these. The micro-compact double stack mags are just generally difficult to load.Slide a new cartridge base up the face of the breech and under the extractor claw. It should move smoothly with a bit more pressure as it slides under the extractor claw. The claw should hold the cartridge in place for light shaking. Inspect the extractor claw closely looking for evidence of breaks or chipping.Holding this particular FCU in the 3 position while handling outside the grip frame is the answer. This takedown lever just moves more freely than ones from my other FCUs. But that does not matter If I hold it while swapping.
