Here are all 5 locations of the duels. Once complete, you must go back to Umigi Cove and talk to the musician to finish the tale.I have a similar issue, I completed this quest but I am doing all the quests on a New Game+ run and there is no way to find the five Strawhats now, they just don't spawn anymore other than as a replay this dual icon, the thing is this is the only quest left and the only tale I am missing for the final trophy to get the platinum

The musician shows up if you’ve killed some, but since you killed all of them, the mythic tale might not show up now because the game maybe wasn’t programmed to recognize that outcome. See if you have the quest, save and reload, or just go to the final boss spot and see if he’s there. You can literally do anything else, just don't forget to defeat the other Ronin's and then Kojiro himself. Think of them as another fox den, or any side activities.
