Its supposed to be a military housing town for Fort Knox, the military base. It's not in the game yet but it's planned, I think. In the middle of the town there's a Community Center with the largest library in KY. Two floors, several rows of bookcases. It's completely surrounded by zombies though.

The mall is also pretty cool, but big enough to get respawning zombies in it.
