Look around reserves roofs and you may will notice why reserve is the most worthwhile. imo go customs or factory for that quick extract, if u spend too much timr scavving that just takes away time from lvling pmc. interchange for hideout loot, reserve for raider / random loot, factory for a quick in and out.
