My numbers are similar to yours but for a 5 day embryo. 10dp5dt was 212 and 12dp5dt was 703. Will have first ultrasound next week. Those are good! Mine at the equivalent (9dp5dt and 11dp5dt) were 81.5 and 231. Resulted in a live birth. Mine was well over 30,000 but I had twins! Those are great strong levels!
