2 years ago. We just crossed on foot at Otay Mesa Northbound. It took 1 hr & 25 mins. They said that usually it takes about 2 hrs.. If I had know this we would have just stayed in the car and used the general lanes as the wait was 30 minss. I have the official CBP Border wait times on my favorities but it doesn't he wait time for peds..
