I also own a Kent Trouvaille which is twice the price and spending hundreds more to convert it to dedicated commuter. I'm adding things like an Iberra rack, city tires, panniers, an air fork as well as all 3 points of contact ie Ergon Grips, seat and pedals. I paid $285 for mine new and put another $300 into pro. I highly recommend upgrading to hydro brakes first thing. The Trouvaille (in large) will be my next purchase.
