It's not that much really. The tpr Is a great resource. Definitely anki it, this keeps it fresh and ensures you absolutely commit it to memory. The Khan 300 will serve as a review for tpr concepts already learned and provide other new concepts not covered in tpr. UWorld is just extra application of the content and aamc is mandatory!
