I agree perthro is useful. However ansuz is some what irrelevant when the world card is unlocked by default, and only having jera rune unlocked guarantees all runes to be jera which can be very useful. ie, you need to spend a bomb to get a rune and you know its jera, so you can make decisions based on that.
