Not really its just for rune farm. Has its uses in 6man pvp where you can spam to aow into the back of people fighting for cheap kills. I use it only for its ash of war. As a regular weapon, I don't find its moveset particularly good, especially for pvp. The ash of war is also fantastic against practically every ash summon in the arena as well. I've been running around testing it on non-boss enemies and it seems to give a flat 20% multiplicative increase (stacks with Gold Scarab, Gold Picked Fowl Foot and "Someone in the group...") but it's a little spotty.
