Take out the warden and her goons first (stay around the door to not aggro zrells bunch), then once you're ready (leave and long rest as needed) take on zrell. I managed to get to level 8 after the fight in the side room, so the rest wasn't that hard, but if you can't do that, just focus on AoE, or try to level up some other way, idk.
