How to remove closed caption xfinity.
The second stick does NOT turn off CC, even though the accessibility option says "OFF". Tried everything I can think of including power cycle. The Xfinity app does NOT provide CC option and appears to use Firestick accessibility options (font size, opaque, colors etc). I doubt the stick is bad, but I don't know how to get rid of the problem.
