I already had the recall issues with the drivers side door not closing and was fixed. The passenger sliding door for the past year will just stop in the middle of closing. While you are hearing the beeping try turning off the power to the sliding doors with the slide switch on the dash just left of the steering wheel. Mine has the foot sensor so I can open and close the back-facing door (whatever you call that door) by kicking under the rear bumper. So maybe my foot positioning triggers it (my assumption so far).
