I have a 2023 samsung tv with this exact problem. After 2 weeks of back and forth with customer service, they remoted into my tv, i showed them this problem, turned off subs manually through the app. Subs were off, i clicked the home button, went back into the media player and selected the same exact file, and subs were back on!
