Hello everyone I am wondering if anyone has had a same or a similar problem to the one i am having currently. I have 2002 International with a Cummins N14 Celect Plus, the problem is that when the truck has been siting for some time, usually over night, in the morning it will start right up, then idle for some short time (never timed it but not even for 1 minute) and shut off, it sounds like ...
Feb 4, 2018 · Weird thing is my engine would never shut off, just Idle, and no throttle response and cluster will lose power as if I turned off the ignition and turned it back on. Drove like this to a Freightliner in NC then they said the ECM was not getting good communication. They replaced my wire Harnesses and my pnrd. Drove the truck out after 2 weeks. Aug 30, 2018 · I have had a bad coolant level sensor stop my engine before, back when I first started seeing symptoms of a cracked head. Oil and fuel were mixing into the coolant and the coolant level dropped. The coolant level sensor failed, and the truck would not stay running. No overheats, it simply shut down with coolant level errors.
