Failed NGN at 86 questions. I took the NGN NCLEX RN exam this past Wednesday, August 4th. I graduated from college with my BSN in 2020 and struggled to pass the old NCLEX 3 times. I’ve been working with a tutor for the past two months in preparation for this exam, and I felt EXTREMELY prepared to take this test.After failing my first attempt i purchased the Saunders 8th edition NCLEX Prep book and basically read it front to bank. It truly helped me, but I still ended up failing my 2nd attempt. So after that I purchased the $40 Archer Qbank. Then I read my Saunders book again + did Archer. I did about 1400 questions on Archer up until last night.The minimum passing score for the NCLEX is set by each individual state board of nursing. Typically, the passing score is between 85-95%. As the test was approaching though, I started doing about 70-100 questions a day. Except for the day before the exam. The day before the exam I took 2 Readiness exams on Archer, and called it a day.
