Bank 1 sensor 2 and this would indicate more than 1, however after crawling all over this van I can only find 1 just before the converter. Can anyone help ? or tell me if there is only one.

I'm stumped, recently I have started to get the P0138 code on the scanner. So I went into shotgum mode and replaced the downstream O₂ sensor. I'm still getting the p0138 code on occasion.
