I've had the same issues as you, some were able to reach 10 exfils, some stuck at 8, some stuck at 2, some stuck at 4. Somebody just posted a video showing off a few operators with 10 streaks, probably have to go in sequence. Yeahh true. I got rid of one of my 8s, we’ll see how it goes. Gives me something to work on anyways lol. Dismiss operator.

Streaks goes only to 10. That's what you're rewarded with perks. In the exfil streak menu it shows how many perks out of 10 you have earned but it also shows your highest number of exfil streaks without dying. I’m not sure how the addition of multiple “active duty slots” effected this but you may have to play/stay on one slot to prevent ...

Essentially the probably small group who worked on exfil streaks, is probably not able to otherwise tackle fixing a crash, like it's two different level of skillsets involved.
