It affects 1. Loyalty 2. Laws. Each culture has about 2 or 3 laws. It doesnt really matter since you can cancel them anyway, so its mostly loyalty. Example battania has law speakers and billots. To change kings, they must die by any means. I recommend joining the ruler's army, knock him out in battle while death is enabled.Enter the keep and talk to them. If you have met the requirements as described, a new dialogue option will be available.
