GoSplitty still has not refunded my payment. They kept the entire $200. Haven't responded to any emails or answered any phone calls. Only to find out that online prices are lower than the actual price you customer service team are charging you false advertisement. Then they tell you that the rooms you looking had just been sold out and the same room that is available is going at a higher price.

Warning, scammers! We booked a hotel stay on Vancouver Island with GoSplitty in September 2023. GoSplitty then cancelled the booking on the last day it was 100% refundable and kept the money. I have tried calling and emailing with no luck. Date of experience: 09 September 2023. Useful.
