F150 4 inch lift with 33s.

I have a 4" Rancho lift on my 2011 FX4 Eco SCrew. I started with 35's (Nitto Terra Grapplers 325/65R18 (34.88 x 12.99) on 18" wheels with a 4.5" backspace. There's not that much difference in height anyway. RC's 2.5" lift is more like 3.5" and their 6" is more like 4.5". The 4" lift just has better brackets than the 2.5. i heard the 2 1/2 was good for clearance but personally i like the 4" lift with 33's it looks real good and have a little more room to flex.

JKUs (vs JKs) are sort of in a fuzzy area though. 2.5" will surely avoid issues; you might be able to get away with a 3" on a 4 door?? 4" will look silly with 33s. I am at about 4" of lift and 35s look small. (IMO) Look at is this way- your $1500 lift might be a $2000 lift ($500 for just a front DS) later.
