Customers can't remove tip on doordash. They can get it refunded but they don't take it from the driver. If it was that way in the past on Instacart they changed it. I started with them last year February and since then the customers have 2 hours after delivery to reduce the tip, but up to 24 hours to increase it.

So in my market the base pay per order was $2.50 and anything more is from tips or if drivers decline the order which increases the base pay by $.25 per decline for the next driver.
