It's important to note that Cobalt Clash is not the "adept-only" shader that comes on flawless rewards. It appears on both weapons and armor from the flawless chest but not the adept rewards. It also appears in collections. Currently, per light.gg, no one has acquired it, so it is not a random drop from the chest either.
