Breath of the Wild is pretty close to a fully playable state in CEMU, even at 4K 60 FPS. I'm gonna say something controversial here: I think BotW is more than fine at 30. It's not like I don't appreciate higher framerates, and there are genres that definitely benefit from or even require at least 60fps, like Racing Sims or Shooters, or really anything that is controlled with a mouse.
