I was given the code for the MaterniT21 test to check. When I called they said it would be covered. I then went through the cost estimate process in the MaterniT21 website and they told me my coinsurance cost would be $140. Not sure if it’s the same as the NIPT but it’s a blood test to test for trisomy 13, 18 etc and gives you gender.
