Marlin 795 Trigger re-assembly. I got a replacement trigger guard from Marlin in the mail today. The original snapped in two. The replacement does not included the trigger components, so I had to drift out the pins holding the trigger and spring, plus the small pin holding the safety assembly. The 795 is not a kid's rifle. It was never meant to be one. I certainly like the looks of real wood but most rifles with wooden stocks don't use walnut anymore. That includes Marlin and Ruger. And the rifles aren't plastic. Just the stocks.
