Functions as a private practice within a larger practice. You have control over your schedule, lending to the flexibility to maintain work/life balance. LifeStance grew extremely fast and has a lot of growing pains, but new leadership has clearly made a lot of investment in changing the direction to slower, more sustainable, and thoughtful growth. It's been a very fun transition it experience and working at LifeStance has continued to become more rewarding as a result.
