The bullet spread is much tighter and travel in parallel plus you get 5 pellets vs the Lyuda's 3 that spread out from each other. and even at 400 stacks if you toggle discord and use the scope to take your shot the accuracy decrease is hardly noticable. I personally don't play anarchy gaige. I just chain discord and use my hail to wreck some face. I go through the air strike skill in ordered chaos, then all the way through LBT, and the rest of my points go in BFF. It doesn't have the brute power of an anarchy build, but its still pretty powerful and I don't have to deal with getting stacks back.
