Aaah ok, thanks…had no idea. None of the websites describing Anri’s quest line that I visited mentioned any of that. She’d appeared at every stop along the way like the walkthroughs described, so just seemed weird she wouldn’t show up (in summon form) before the Aldrich fight.

One is her individual quest to kill Aldrich, which doesn't involve Yuria whatsoever. The other is for her to be involved in the Lord of Hollows quest, which does involve Yuria and leads to the alternate ending. Killing Yuria won't affect Anri's individual quest; she'll still show up.They will usually heal when low on HP, even attempting to do so while the boss is wailing on them. Sometimes they just get locked to death by wild swings before they can chug. Generally their only use is to get the boss off of you so you can heal is need be. You can utilize them best by just trading aggro.Location. Anri is initially found at the second Road of Sacrifices bonfire, along with their protector Horace the Hushed.
